Email orders and policies

Email Policy and Procedure:

March 20, 2008...As of this day , I will not longer accept Email orders.

Some problems have come up and I just can't do it any longer. We are having trouble keeping up with them...some have gotten misplaced...etc.

I have set up the shopping cart for most any shipping..but if there is something you do not see...then by all means email me to ask...

I can update you...

If you wish to pay by check or money order then place your order online...choose the shipping you wish and then email me and let me know how you are paying...You do not need to complete with paypal in order to place your order on line...

We will then check it so your order will be waiting, but will not be sent out until the check clears or the money order gets here...

I'm sorry for any inconvienence this has caused, but in the end it will expedite your order quicker...

I have created an email account for email orders. I know that some ladies find this easier to do....

Hello...I do not plan on closing this area, but if at all possible, I hope everyone will try to order through the website. I have put up the first class international mail for the orders, so it would be a little easier for everyone....

Getting as busy as I'm getting, I have great fear that I will miss an order that is an email order and I would never want that, but I do know there are circumstances where someone has no choice and needs to order in this manner and if so that's fine...I would never say no...

And as always..if there are any questions, please never hesitate to contact me...That is what I am here for and would never want anyone to feel that I was unavailable to them...

If you have any email orders, please send them there....You need to specify the size, and color that you wish to get...and if it involves foundations, I need to know the formula you have chosen...

I will then email you back asking how you would like it shipped...

with the prices and choices available...

Once that is done and you email me back I will then send you a total, including shippage.

That is when you can choose how you would like to pay...I can sedn an invoice through pay pal, or you can send the payment through the mail...

Just remember, if it is a personal check, it does have to clear before I send the product.....
